Where the traces ends is a scattered exhibtion around the most iconic museums in Turin. Peter Friedel’s artwork, realized in 2011 and titled Failed States, will be exhibited from 25 October to 6 November 2023 in the Medieval Court of Palazzo Madama
The exhibition is set around symbolic places of the city of Turin and each artwork builds a circumstantial report with its reference theme, showing how geopolitical upheavals, the transitions of global history and the search for the self are observed by artists through elusive perspectives, going beyond obvious traces and evidence to reveal new realities and previously unseen imaginaries.
