Casorati arrives at Palazzo Reale di Milano on February 15, 2025.
It is set to be one of the most extensive and complete retrospectives dedicated to Felice Casorati, the extraordinary Italian artist who returns to Milano at Palazzo Reale after 36 years since his last exhibition in 1989.
Casorati at Palazzo Reale offers a comprehensive and chronological reinterpretation of the artist’s work from his beginnings in the early 20th century to the 1950s, featuring over a hundred works presented for the occasion: including paintings on canvas and wood, sculptures, graphic works from the Symbolist period, sketches for stage designs of works created for La Scala, all of absolute significance and refined quality, selected for their exemplary exhibition history.
