On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Nazi camps, on January 24, the exhibition The End of Nazi Camps will open at the Casina dei Vallati in Rome.
The exhibition The End of Nazi Camps, curated by Marcello Pezzetti, explores what the Allied troops found upon entering concentration and extermination camps between 1944 and 1945.
Through a wide selection of photographs, period films, geographical maps, official documents, and direct testimonies, the exhibition conveys the harshness and emotional impact of that discovery, which revealed to the world the extent of the genocide perpetrated by Nazism.
