Massimo Campigli will be at the Collezione Casamonti in Florence from March 8 to 15, 2025, as part of the project “The Return of the Masters of the 20th Century“, inaugurated in February.
This initiative brings back to the exhibition path some of the masterpieces from the first part of the collection “From the Early 20th Century to the 1960s“, generally not visible to the public.
The chosen painting is Women at Tables from 1952. Campigli, a German artist with a Florentine childhood, who abandons futurism to express himself through a poetic style with an archaic taste.
