The exhibitions in Naples 2025 are waiting for you!

For 2025, the programming of exhibitions in Naples is intense: from contemporary art and its major interpreters to 21st-century art and photography, not to forget archaeology. Here are some of the exhibitions in Naples 2025 to visit in the city.

The White Horse, pregnant until December 20 at the Fondazione Made in Cloister

Until December 20, 2025, the Fondazione Made in Cloister hosts the works of Patricia Domínguez.

In Patricia Domínguez’s first solo exhibition in Italy, works from recent years will be presented: six video installations that serve as cybernetic altars, housed in sanctuaries dedicated to Water, Earth, Animals, Plants, and the Invisible, creating a compendium of myths, symbols, and rituals generated by planetary, spiritual, and interspecies encounters between radically different cosmologies, created in dialogue with Neapolitan artisans.

NICOLA SAMORÌ: CLASSICAL COLLAPSE until March 1 at the Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte.

Milano and Naples, the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana and the Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte: two cities and two museum institutions with profoundly distinct histories and identities come together in a single joint project, Classical Collapse, by artist Nicola Samorì. The project transcends the logic of the “double exhibition” to propose itself as a unified cultural operation, conceived from the outset to be expressed in two places that are in dialogue with each other.

Inside the Sala Causa, the works will be integrated into a system of architectural backdrops that will guide the visitor through a progressive modulation of light and tones.

Luigi Bazzani and the Pompeian House until February 28 at the National Archaeological Museum of Naples

The MANN – National Archaeological Museum of Naples hosts the exhibition Luigi Bazzani and the Pompeian House

Starting from a large watercolor illustrating its ancient tiled roof, the exhibition presents an in-depth look at a specific Pompeian house: the House of the Faun. Discovered in the early 1830s, the building is remarkable for the richness and refinement of its decorative apparatus.

The gouaches, watercolors, and photographs on display, executed in the years shortly after the discovery, illustrate both its overall structure and its sophisticated decorations.

Pietro Lista: In Backlight at the MADRE Museum until December 31, 2025

Until December 31, 2025, the Madre Museum in Naples hosts Pietro Lista: In Controluce, which documents fifty years of the artist’s career, who was born in Umbria.

The title of the exhibition has a double meaning: on one hand, it invites the viewer to look “In Controluce” at the artist’s work, but also and above all to emphasize “the encounter with light” of Pietro Lista, a light emerging from darkness, of which it always retains memory, abstract, artificial, without shadows.

Totò and His Naples at the Royal Palace of Naples until January 25, 2026

Starting October 31, 2025, the Royal Palace of Naples hosts the exhibition “Totò and His Naples“, the unprecedented exhibition that celebrates the deep, inseparable bond between Totò and his city on the occasion of the celebrations for the 2500th anniversary of its founding.

The exhibition is a cultural project that aims to evoke his profound and overwhelming Neapolitan identity, both entertaining and melancholic, which embodies the relationship and love for Neapolitan tradition and culture, its transcendent dimension, and its socio-cultural legacy with the goal of stimulating the souls of people.
