A new ticketing system for museums? Not quite.
We asked our users: “What would you like to be able to do on Artsupp?”
The answer was clear: easily purchase tickets for the museums available on the platform.
This is how Artsupp Ticketing was born, an innovative system designed for the needs of the cultural sector. Developed in collaboration with Italian museums, this tool is not just a ticketing system, but a means to transform Artsupp: from the main aggregator of artistic institutions to the first network of cultural experiences accessible from a single platform.
Our team’s goal is to provide institutions with digital tools that encourage creativity and make cultural offerings more dynamic and accessible.

New opportunities for cultural offerings
Artsupp is already the reference point for discovering cultural offerings in Italy and Europe, with thousands of users navigating through the profiles of museums and artistic institutions every month.
With this new feature, visitors can not only discover museums and their activities but also purchase tickets directly. How many experiences and events do not effectively reach potential interested parties? How many workshops, talks, and educational activities are communicated only to a limited audience?
We would love for Artsupp to offer all of this: From the most important exhibitions in the city to the most niche events.
The system has been designed to offer autonomy to museums, allowing them to manage tickets and reservations simply and flexibly, without constraints. They can create personalized visiting experiences, move beyond the classic full/reduced/free ticket scheme, and propose combined tickets with other cultural institutions, fostering synergies between museums, even in different countries.
What do you think about the possibility of accessing cross-promotions and combined tickets in museums across Europe?
A digital ticket, with no extra costs
Artsupp Ticketing is a completely digital system, eliminating the need for printers or specific hardware. Tickets purchased, both online and on-site, are generated in digital format with a QR Code, reducing operational costs and paper waste. The system can also be integrated to print traditional tickets.
Easy to use to unleash creativity and better understand the audience.
Thanks to an intuitive interface, museums can:
✅ Create and modify tickets independently.
✅ Monitor reservations and sales in real-time.
✅ Integrate online and in-person purchases into a single platform.
✅ Access a dashboard with data and statistics on the audience, to analyze visitor behavior and optimize offerings.
An expanding cultural network
Artsupp Ticketing has already been chosen by several cultural institutions in Italy, including:
Castello Reale di Govone, part of the circuit of the Royal Residences of Savoy UNESCO heritage, the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, the Roberto Casamonti Collection in Florence, the Paleontological Museum of Montevarchi, the Museum of the Treasure of the Cathedral in Vercelli, the Antonio Carena Museum, the Diocesan Museum of Cuneo and Molfetta, the Madonna del Parto Museum by Piero della Francesca, the MEIS in Ferrara, and in the coming months, many new memberships are expected.
