Qui \u00e9tait Giorgio de Chirico<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Giorgio de Chirico<\/a><\/strong> est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Volo<\/strong>, en Gr\u00e8ce<\/strong>, le 10 juillet 1888<\/strong> de parents italiens d’origine noble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son p\u00e8re Evaristo<\/strong> \u00e9tait le fils du baron palermitain Giorgio Filigone de Chirico<\/strong>, tandis que sa m\u00e8re \u00e9tait la baronne d’origine g\u00e9noise <\/em>Gemma Cervetto<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant les dix-sept premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de sa vie, de Chirico<\/strong> a v\u00e9cu en Gr\u00e8ce<\/strong> avec ses parents et son fr\u00e8re Andrea, \u00e9galement artiste et \u00e9crivain, devenu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sous le pseudonyme de Alberto Savinio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Chirico et l’au-del\u00e0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Palazzo Pallavicini<\/a><\/strong> accueille la peinture m\u00e9taphysique<\/strong> de Giorgio de Chirico<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDe Chirico et l\u2019au-del\u00e0. De la saison \u00ab baroque \u00bb \u00e0 la n\u00e9o-m\u00e9taphysique (1938-1978)<\/a>\u201d<\/strong> rassemble un prestigieux corpus d’\u0153uvres<\/strong> du peintre parmi les plus influents et reconnus du XXe si\u00e8cle italien.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDe Chirico et l\u2019au-del\u00e0. De la saison \u00ab baroque \u00bb \u00e0 la n\u00e9o-m\u00e9taphysique (1938-1978)<\/a><\/strong>” comprend plus de soixante-dix \u0153uvres provenant de la Fondation Giorgio et Isa de Chirico<\/strong> de Rome <\/strong>et se propose de raconter deux moments importants de la peinture du ma\u00eetre : la saison \u201cbaroque\u201d et la saison n\u00e9o-m\u00e9taphysique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La premi\u00e8re va de 1938 \u00e0 1968, lorsque de Chirico<\/strong> quitte Paris<\/strong> et retourne en Italie en 1939.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans cette phase de sa production artistique, il s’inspire de Rubens<\/strong> et des grands ma\u00eetres comme D\u00fcrer, Rapha\u00ebl et Delacroix.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment na\u00eet la peinture m\u00e9taphysique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La peinture m\u00e9taphysique<\/strong> na\u00eet \u00e0 Florence<\/strong> en 1910.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, de Chirico<\/strong>, hospitalis\u00e9 \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital militaire de Ferrare, fait la connaissance du peintre futuriste Carlo Carr\u00e0<\/strong>, avec qui il entreprend le chemin qui le conduit \u00e0 perfectionner les canons de la peinture m\u00e9taphysique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 partir de 1920, ces th\u00e9orisations furent diffus\u00e9es dans les pages de la revue Peinture m\u00e9taphysique<\/strong> : inspiratrice d’architectures r\u00e9elles r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans les villes fond\u00e9es \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque fasciste, o\u00f9 le rationalisme italien travaillera \u00e9galement sur formes, espaces et d\u00e9tails architecturaux m\u00e9taphysiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La figure du mannequin, pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement dans l’\u0153uvre Les muses inqui\u00e8tes, de l’homme-automate contemporain (Le grand m\u00e9taphysique, 1917), lui fut inspir\u00e9e “par l’homme sans visage”, personnage d’un drame de son fr\u00e8re Alberto Savinio, \u00e9galement peintre et \u00e9crivain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve p\u00e9riode de contact avec le surr\u00e9alisme au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 20, ses \u0153uvres ult\u00e9rieures de Giorgio de Chirico<\/strong> se distinguent par le virtuosit\u00e9 technique, hommage et remerciement \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode baroque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’exposition sur de Chirico \u00e0 Bologne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les \u0153uvres incluses dans l’exposition de de Chirico \u00e0 Bologne<\/strong> visent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un monde id\u00e9al et irr\u00e9el, une fiction plus vraie que le vrai : de Chirico<\/strong> \u00e9tait convaincu que “la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ne peut exister dans la peinture parce qu’en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral elle n’existe pas sur terre\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> comme il l’a lui-m\u00eame \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 L’exposition pr\u00e9sente une s\u00e9rie de c\u00e9l\u00e8bres autoportraits, comme le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Autoportrait nu<\/strong> de 1945 et l’embl\u00e9matique Autoportrait dans le parc avec costume du XVIIe si\u00e8cle de 1956.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qui l’artiste<\/strong> porte des v\u00eatements anciens<\/strong> et se mesure aux ma\u00eetres du pass\u00e9<\/strong>, d\u00e9clarant sa distance de la modernit\u00e9<\/strong> et refusant les dogmes<\/strong> du XXe si\u00e8cle<\/strong>, se r\u00e9v\u00e9lant comme le premier artiste post-moderne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sont \u00e9galement expos\u00e9es d’autres \u0153uvres fondamentales de la saison \u201cbaroque\u201d, comme Natura morta ariostesca, 1940<\/strong>; La patineuse<\/strong>, 1940 (le portrait de son \u00e9pouse Isabella en all\u00e9gorie de l’hiver), la terre cuite Bucefal, 1940<\/strong> (un des premiers exemples de de Chirico sculpteur) et la s\u00e9rie de Villa M\u00e9dicis<\/strong> (expos\u00e9e en 1945 \u00e0 la Galleria San Silvestro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
