At Museo Correr <\/a><\/strong>in Venice<\/a><\/strong>, from the 17th Aprile to 24th of November 2024<\/strong>, is opened the exhibition, curated by Donatien Grau<\/strong>, titled “Francesco Vezzoli. Tears Museum <\/a>“<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibition<\/strong> is based on the continuos research made by<\/strong>Vezzoli<\/strong><\/a>dedicated to the dialogue with the artistic heritage <\/strong> and carried out in a radical and innovative way. <\/p>\n\n

Almost thirty years ago, the artist began to embroider tears<\/strong> on images of masterpieces, thus creating his own museum and challenging the very idea of the museum as an affirmation of power.<\/p>\n\n
