The exhibition<\/strong>, organized by Mets Percorsi d’Arte<\/strong>, comes after the success of other exhibitions such as Ottocento in collection. From Macchiaoli to Segantini, Divisionismo.The revolution of light, The myth of Venice. From Hayez to the Biennale and Milan from Romantica to scapigliata. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibtion between Boldini and De Nittis <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Among the artists<\/strong> on display, the best known is certainly Giovanni<\/strong> Boldini<\/strong> who, recently, has experienced an important rediscovery thanks to several exhibitions dedicated to him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Boldini, De Nittis et des Italiens de Paris<\/strong><\/a>, the Castello di Novara<\/strong> places Boldini<\/a><\/strong> <\/strong><\/em> within the artists’ cirlce that worked in Paris<\/strong> in the first centuries od the in the first decades of the twentieth century,<\/strong> which also included Giuseppe De Nittis.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the eight sections<\/strong> building the exhibition, is in the second<\/strong> that De Nittis and Boldini,<\/strong> meets. They were tow pretty different artists and they didn’t like each other very much.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here can be admired the most famous artworks<\/strong> made by each of them: Boldini’s series of paintings dedicated to Berthe and Gabrielle de Rasty<\/strong> or The Descent from Vesuvius and On the Banks of the Seine and Dans les bl\u00e9 by De Nittis.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
