Alphonse Mucha <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Alphonse Mucha <\/strong> is an important Czech artisit. He was born in Ivancice<\/strong> in 1860. <\/p>\n\n

Mucha<\/strong> starts to dedicate himself to art since 1887 when, to improve his skills, moved to Paris<\/strong> and enrolled to the Academie Julian<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

In Paris<\/strong>, one and only arts’ capital between 800 and 900, the meeting will take place that will change his life forever.<\/p>\n\n

The success <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

In <\/strong>Paris<\/strong><\/a> he met Sarah Bernhardt<\/strong>, internationally renowned actress, who chooses him to represent her in numerous images. <\/p>\n\n

Thanks to the artworks commissione by Bernhardt<\/strong>, who hired him for six years in a row, Mucha<\/strong>‘s career and repuation grew quickly and he became to be contended by different companies to realize their promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n\n

Mucha and the Art Nouveau <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Alphonse Mucha<\/strong> Nowadays he’s known as the father ofArt Nouveau<\/strong> and his illustrations, his graphics, his posters – not just those dedicated to Bernhardt – are the symbol of one new way of communicate<\/strong>: those women, portrayed in \u201cMucha style\u201d,<\/strong><\/em> so beautiful and seductive they become famous all over the world. <\/p>\n\n

The exhibition by Alphons Mucha in Firenze<\/strong> underlined the importance that he had in his time artistic panorma and how he communicated, in such an innovative way, the ottolinea l\u2019importanza che questo artista ebbe nel panorama artistico della sua epoca e di come riusc\u00ec a comunicare, in maniera innovativa, the moment of redemption that women<\/strong> were experiencing. <\/p>\n\n

We were moving from the common image of a “modest girl”<\/strong> to that of a “real woman”.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n
