The exhibition<\/strong> is dedicated to three of the most well-known and beloved contemporary artists on the international scene, namely Banksy<\/a>, TvBoy, and Jago<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jago, Banksy, and TvBoy <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jago<\/a>, Banksy, TvBoy<\/strong> are internationally famous for having subverted the rules of the art market, and their works reflect their struggles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three have managed to create a precedent, conquering the scene and the admiration of an ever-growing audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jago<\/a><\/strong>: the pseudonym of Jacopo Cardillo<\/strong>, is an Italian artist and sculptor, born in 1987. He has created works exhibited in major museums around the world. Jago<\/strong>, who prefers the use of marble, became known especially for being one of the first to share the creative process that leads him to create his works with the public through videos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banksy<\/a><\/strong>: there is little need for introduction for the most famous street artist in the world,<\/strong> who remains faceless. Banksy<\/strong>, who artistically emerged from the underground cultural scene of Bristol<\/strong>, uses his works to advocate important social battles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TvBoy<\/strong>: the pseudonym of Salvatore Benintende<\/strong> is an Italian street artist known for being an active proponent of the concept of \u201cartivism,\u201d which is the use of art as a tool for ironic and irreverent reinterpretation of major political and social events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jago, Banksy, TvBoy and other counter-current stories: the exhibition path<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition<\/strong>, “Jago, Banksy, TvBoy and other counter-current stories”<\/a><\/strong>, set up in the spaces<\/strong> of Palazzo Albergati<\/strong>, tells some of the most extreme and transgressive stories of public art<\/strong><\/em> in Italy and internationally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition<\/strong> presents the dialogue<\/strong> between the mysterious artist from Bristol<\/strong> and his two Italian colleagues, thus seizing the opportunity to present the new horizons of figurative culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition<\/strong> is divided into four sections<\/strong> that guide the visitor through the landscape of Italian and European Street Art<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the works on display are some of the most significant pieces by each artist, such as Girl with Balloon <\/em>and Bomb Love<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>by Banksy<\/strong> or Circulatory System <\/em><\/strong>and Memory of Self <\/em><\/strong>by Jago<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Jago, Banksy, TvBoy<\/strong>, other artists on display include Obey<\/strong> with his famous poster Hope<\/em>,<\/strong> created in 2008 to support Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, Mr. Brainwash<\/strong> with one of the examples of his Mona Linesa<\/strong><\/em>, Ravo <\/strong>with The Girl with the Pearl Earring<\/strong><\/em>, Laika <\/strong>with his very famous Not this \u201cgame\u201d<\/strong> <\/em> and Pau <\/strong>with his series of Santa Suerte<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n
