Hot Spot Caring for a Burning World<\/a><\/strong> is at the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome<\/a><\/strong> until February 26, 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition takes its title from the eponymous work by Mona Hatoum<\/strong>, a contemporary Lebanese artist who created a large iron and neon installation<\/strong> titled \u201cHot Spot III\u201d<\/strong>: it features the planet Earth<\/strong> illuminated by a red light<\/strong> symbolizing the conflicts that make it incandescent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
